Try this one for 20 minutes

January 6, 2009 by admin

Pick your poison, kettlebell or dumbbell both are brutal. This 20 minute workout is a favorite of many of combat athletes that train at our facility or with us online.

Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes you start a new set.

    Skip,

Thanks for visiting, glad to see you here.

    Harvey,

A new set starts every 2 minutes regardless of how long it took you to complete all your reps. If you finish in 90 seconds you’ll get 30 seconds off, take the full 2 minutes and the pain will gather quickly.

Eric, Pete and Richie, thanks for hanging out.

    Godina,

    Miss you homeboy.

OK, I’m not sure about smoking this one, but I was smoked by it! Two minutes? Two minutes proved to be just enough for about a 5 second rest! What a lung burner! What a great routine!! Keep up the great work.

This workout is no joke! Tried it yesterday and had to take a minute off after each round! Are u using the same weight(s) throughout?
