Sweet Little Kettlebell & bodyweight Combo!

I picked this kettlebell and bodyweight training combination up from Rob Shaul from mtnathlete.com Rob is a great resource and comes up with some great workouts.

    Great combo Jason. We were doing something similar the other day adding in KB Bear Crawls after the Clean & Press.

    Jason, I like the ladder variation a lot, good stuff.

    So is it Mike Shaul or Rob Shaul? You’ve got ‘Mike’ written twice but you verbally said “Rob” in the videos…
